Reported from Sharp Island and Hoi Ha Wan (Ref. 94637). Juveniles also reported from Starfish Bay, Kei Ling Ha Lo Wai, Wong Chuk Wan, and Nam Wai (Ref. 125515). The species was observed on 2 to 10 occasions during 400 dive surveys on artificial reefs (Ref. 119494). Occasionally seen in local fish markets and is a prized fish for recreational fishers (Ref. 128523). Also Ref. 12068, 129329. |
